Pre-College

This course is intended for the talented young student who has not yet graduated from a conservatory and who wishes to pursue a career as a professional pianist.

We offer intensive tuition in the piano and the experience of public recitals, by means of which you will be able to prepare for the competitions and entrance examinations of the Musikhochschulen, i.e. the national colleges of music.

Grundstudium

The Basic course includes 6 semester of the undergraduate course.

The basic course offers young, talented musicians the opportunity to develop their skills further (deepening and expanding them). In addition to the lessons in the main artistic subject and the ensemble (chamber music, duo, song accompaniment, accompaniment), the subject area of music theory will be taught intensively during the standard period of study. After the successful completion, students have the opportunity to continue their studies with a master’s degree.

Aufbaustudium

This course is intended for students and graduates holding a Bachelor`s degree in Music awarded by conservatories, Musikhochschulen and similar establishments. The aims of the course are to develop technical skills and ability of interpretation together with the practical application of musical and theoretical knowledge. We offer several recitals a year, enabling the student to train for competitions and to gain experience as a pianist. Length: 2-3 year

Bachelor of Music – Nicolini Konservatorium

The Internationale Akademie für Musik Köln (International Academy of Music Cologne) collaborates with the state-recognized Conservatorio di Musica Giuseppe Nicolini in Piacenza in Italy to offer the Bachelor of Music degree.

Konzertexamen

This course is intended for those pianists with outstanding practical ability who have graduated with a Master`s degree in Music while achieving excellent results from conservatories, Musikhochschulen and the like, or who have graduated, again with excellent results, from the Meisterklasse of the International Academy for Music Köln. We offer high-level piano lessons and a number of piano recitals designed to further your career as an independent concert pianist. Length: 4 semesters

Repertoirestudiengang

This course is designed for students and graduates of conservatories, Musikhochschulen and the like, or for such people as piano teachers, who wish to broaden their field of musical experience.

Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Berufsmusiker

Ziel dieser 3-jährigen Ausbildung ist die Erweiterung und Vertiefung Ihrer musikalischen / künstlerischen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in klassischer Musik auf professionellem Niveau.

Die Ausbildung richtet sich nicht nur an klassische Musiker, die eine professionelle Laufbahn einschlagen möchten oder ein Hochschulstudium anstreben, sondern auch an ambitionierte klassische Musiker aus Leidenschaft.

Intensivkurs

This course is designed for students and graduates of conservatories, Musikhochschulen and the like, or for such people as piano teachers, who wish to broaden their field of musical experience. You will receive individual intensive lessons over a short period of time, from different teachers if you wish. At the conclusion of the course you may play in a concert. No age limits apply.
Length: Five lessons in 2 weeks or 10 Lessons in four weeks.
